Processing & Shipping Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, orders will be shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
